Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) was developed by the Building Trades National Standing Committee on Apprenticeship and Training. The committee chose several courses that would prepare an individual for entrance into any apprenticeship. Individuals completing the 120-hour course receive a national industry recognized credential.
UCS has been certified by the Building and Construction Trades Department of the AFL-CIO to provide this unique training opportunity to individuals in Berks County. The MC3 Worker Training Program offers the 120-hour course plus additional hours of Work Readiness, Financial Management, and Diversity Training.
